Images or Videos Not Loading?

If you experience any problems with images or videos loading or advancing to the next lesson or quiz, please try a few simple steps before reaching out:

  • Refresh the page (your progress will be saved).
  • Restart your browser.
  • Ensure your browser is running the latest version.
  • In your browser, clear your history, cache, and cookies.
  • Try a different device and/or browser to see if it's the one you were using.
  • Try a different connection - improperly configured VPNs or firewall/security software may be blocking some images & videos.
  • Please note that Internet Explorer browsers are not supported.


You can also check the Thinkific Status Page which might also show if there are any server-side errors.

If these fail to fix the issue, please contact me so I can forward it on to my hosting support.
